Ms. Amy Phillips

Amy is a respected User Experience Architect whose background straddles both consumer and enterprise applications. She started her career leading a UI team that produced 3D Home (now owned by Sierra) which remained a best seller in the consumer space for eight years. In addition to owning her own consulting and software companies, she worked for the prestigious AT&T Labs in their Rapid Prototyping Group and was Director of User Experience at Epicentric and Vignette. Amy holds a BA and MS in Architecture from UC Berkeley.

Mitch has a diverse background in both startup and established global companies, with deep experience in consulting, finance and energy (alternative and sustainable). Having worked for one of the leading international strategy consulting firms, Mars & Co., Mitch is well prepared to help guide companies with pricing strategies, portfolio analysis, market viability and M&A opportunities. Mitch holds a BA Engineering / Economics from Dartmouth, MBA from UCLA and is a globally recognized Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Al Sargent

Al Sargent is a results-oriented enterprise software product management executive with over 15 years of industry experience at Oracle, Mercury and leading venture-funded startups, such as Wily Technology. His specialties are product portfolio management: strategy and positioning; customer, competitor, and market research; usability and user-centered design; competitive analysis; and evangelism and sales enablement. Al holds an engineering degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Managment, UCLA.
