Career assessment tests are helpful in choosing the right path to follow. As a recent college graduate, I had taken an assessment test to find out what path I wanted to follow, and it helped me to choose the right one. Now on the job hunt, you’ll still find that you need to take assessment tests like this PEO . The assessment tests aren’t necessarily for you to choose the right company, but for the company to choose the right person. It benefits both however, because if a company is happy with your assessment most likely you will be happy with them.
